Each Saxum engagement begins with a scoping conversation — not a sales presentation. We want to understand your data environment, your current systems, and what outcome you are trying to produce before any work is agreed.
Once scope is agreed, projects run in structured phases with written milestones. For implementation projects, this includes a specification phase, a build phase, an integration phase, and a documented handover. For analysis work, the phases are discovery, modelling, and scenario review.
Throughout each engagement, findings and any scope concerns are communicated promptly. We do not hold surprises for end-of-project reviews.
