Do I need an existing AI team or infrastructure to work with you?
No. Each service is self-contained and designed for organisations that may not have dedicated AI staff. For classification and learning system projects, we handle development and integration. For cost-benefit analysis, we work from the information you provide.
How are projects priced — is the listed price final?
The prices shown are baseline figures for standard engagements. If your situation involves unusual data complexity, a non-standard LMS platform, or a particularly broad investment analysis, we discuss scope adjustments before any agreement is made.
What happens to our data once the project is complete?
We return all client data and models at project close. We do not retain copies beyond what was agreed during the engagement. Data handling terms are specified in the project agreement before work starts.
Can we start with the cost-benefit analysis before committing to a larger project?
Yes, and many clients do exactly that. The two-week analysis gives you a documented financial model to inform internal decisions. There is no obligation to proceed to further work.
Do you offer post-project support or maintenance?
Post-project support is available as a separate arrangement. We can discuss monitoring, retraining schedules, or periodic performance reviews depending on what the deployed system requires.
